We've learned that some users are experience video playback issues (no video at all or audio with no picture) when using Internet Explorer 10. We are working with our video streaming service provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We will keep you posted when this issue is resolved.
Until that time we recommend using Chrome or Firefox, both of which have been much more reliable.

While we are still recommending Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser. This issue has been resolved. We are now hosting our videos with a different service.
